Welcome to PinScheduler. By using our website and services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Your Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
- You must not share your account credentials with others.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Pinterest Integration
- Our Service uses the Pinterest API to schedule and publish pins on your behalf.
- You must connect your own Pinterest account using the OAuth authentication flow.
- You are responsible for ensuring your Pinterest content complies with Pinterest's Terms of Service and Developer Guidelines.
- We do not collect or store your Pinterest password. Authentication is done via OAuth tokens only.
- You can disconnect your Pinterest account at any time.
4. Acceptable Use
PinScheduler is a scheduling assistant tool designed to help creators plan and organize their Pinterest content in advance. It is not a tool for spamming, mass-posting, or automating low-quality content on Pinterest.
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Post spam, misleading, or fraudulent content to Pinterest through our Service.
- Use the Service to flood Pinterest with excessive or duplicate pins.
- Post content that violates Pinterest's Community Guidelines, including spam, misinformation, or harmful content.
- Attempt to access another user's account or data.
- Use the Service to violate Pinterest's Developer Guidelines.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to abuse the Service beyond its intended functionality.
- Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our permission.
5. Fair Use & Daily Limits
To maintain a healthy Pinterest ecosystem and comply with Pinterest's best practices, the following limits apply:
- Maximum 24 pins per day — You may schedule up to 24 pins per 24-hour period (approximately one pin per hour).
- No duplicate content — You must not schedule the same pin (same image and title) to multiple boards simultaneously.
- Quality over quantity — You are encouraged to schedule high-quality, original content that provides value to Pinterest users.
- Respect Pinterest rate limits — Our Service enforces daily limits to stay within Pinterest API rate limits and guidelines.
Violations of these limits may result in:
- Temporary suspension of scheduling capabilities.
- Permanent account termination for repeated or severe violations.
- Reporting to Pinterest for spam or abuse activity.
6. Credits and Usage
- Users receive a set number of schedule credits upon registration.
- Each scheduled pin consumes one credit.
- Deleting a scheduled pin before it is published refunds one credit.
- We reserve the right to modify credit allocations and pricing at any time.
7. Intellectual Property
- The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by PinScheduler and protected by intellectual property laws.
- You retain all rights to the content (pins, images, descriptions) you schedule through the Service.
- You must have the necessary rights to any images and content you publish through our Service.
8. Disclaimers
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee that pins will be published successfully — this depends on the Pinterest API and your account status.
- We are not responsible for any content you publish through the Service.
- We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pinterest.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PinScheduler shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
- You can delete your account at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
- Upon termination, your scheduled pins may be cancelled and your data deleted.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.
